She collaborates as an actress and screenwriter with the "First Team Foundation" in a wide range of different film projects such as: "Superliberal" (a critically acclaimed short), "The Morning After", "El Gesto", "Punto de Información", "Hotline". "Ese Instante-That Instant" was her directorial debut. She wrote it and acted as well in it, and it turned out to be a critically acclaimed short film and one of the most watched shorts at Notodofilmfest. It also won Audience Award in "Festival El Barbú". She has participated in films such as "La Vida Mancha" directed by Enrique Urbizu, "Entre Abril y Julio" directed by Aitor Gaizka and "Lo Contrario al Amor" directed by Vicente Villanueva. Chus de Castro won Best Actress Award at "The Telde Cinexpress Film Festival" for her role in the short film "Yo Así No Levanto Cabeza (Chopsticks)" directed by Assumpta Serna and also written by Chus de Castro. She co-directed "Love Crisis", also starring and written by her. It won "Audience Award" in "Cortopatía Film Festival" (Madrid, Spain), "Special Jury Award" in "Certamen Internacional Roberto di Chiara" (Buenos Aires, Argentina) and "Special Jury Award" in "Sguardi Altrove Film Festival" (Milan, Italy). It got more than sixty nominations in Film Festivals worldwide. In 2022, the Spanish production company "GANGA Producciones" acquired rights to her last TV Series called "Las Mujeres Son Muy Malas".
