Actress/Producer-Erin Elizabeth Cook started training for her career in Theatre, Television, and Film at the age of twelve. She has appeared in various TV Shows, Theatrical Productions, Commercials, and Films across the United States including Texas, California, Oregon and Oklahoma. Erin Elizabeth started her training under Cliff Osmond (The Odd Couple, Kiss Me Stupid, Starsky and Hutch). In 2004, she was one of twenty students chosen out of over 300 to train under Will Boroski and Bill Erwin (Planes, Trains & Automobiles, Huckleberry Finn, Home Alone). In their Master's Acting Program at the Las Colinas Movie Studios, she discovered Stanislavski's Method Acting and the Meisner Technique. She has hands-on, behind the scenes training from Producer mentors, Sam Baldoni and Mike Erwin. Erin Elizabeth has also appeared on stage in many Leading and Supporting roles in plays such as The Mousetrap, The Curious Savage, and Our Town. After a seven year hiatus, she recently re-launched her career on stage as Ruth in Blithe Spirit at Jewel Box Theatre, and in Film with a cameo role in Bolo. She recently wrote, produced, and performed her own one-woman show, Lizzie Borden: Pigeonholed. Her up-coming on-screen performances include roles in local productions; Katherine, Facades, and Starship Valiant: The Ties That Bind. She is also a Producer on a feature-length film in development titled The Forgotten Heartbeat. In her spare time, Erin Elizabeth has launched a Theatre and Film Department at her Church. She started the program by teaching Acting Classes on a donation-only basis. "I want to help members of our Church learn about the art of acting, but I also want to help those in our community who may not be able to afford a commercialized class." Erin Elizabeth enjoys volunteering her time at many Animal Rescue groups and to helping the homeless. She lives in Oklahoma City, OK with her husband and their furry children. She looks forward to producing some of her own screenplays.

As an only child growing up in Texas, Erin acted out elaborate shows for her dolls before even attending preschool. She trained as a dancer from age 6 and began dancing professionally in her teens, yet also graduated high school early while taking honors courses. Dance led her to LA at 18, but she's since uncovered her passion for acting in a variety of mediums.

Erin Erler is a self taught cake artist. She started her own nut free custom cake shop in Haverhill, MA, in 2010. Due to her son's food allergies to tree nuts and peanuts, she learned to make safe birthday cakes for her own children as they were growing up. This then extended to family and friends and then into her own shop. Erin has been on several Food Network competitions including Food Network Challenge, Sugar Dome, Cake Wars, Halloween Wars, and Winner Cake All. She has been featured in People Magazine for her edible artwork made for Conan O'Brien and the cast of Sons of Anarchy. Erin has also made cakes for the Boston Red Sox when they won the World Series in 2013, the Boston Bruins when they won the Stanley Cup in 2011, as well as working with all the Boston sports teams charities. She has made cakes for music artists such as Kenny Chesney, Luke Bryan, Zach Brown Band, Rascall Flatts, Florida Georgia Line, Brett Michaels, and many more. Erin has also made cakes for a variety of films, some including Adam Sandler and his film "Grownups Two", and Seth McFarlane and his film "Ted".
