Finney Cassidy is an British actor. He studied acting and drama at college and went on to train with the acclaimed National Youth Theatre in Britain, where British actors including Daniel Day-Lewis, Daniel Craig and Orlando Bloom also trained. He won his first professional role while still at college, winning a National Student Drama Festival award for his performance at the Edinburgh Fringe Theatre Festival. After graduating he joined the Donmar Theatre for the UK production of Josie Rourke's The Machine. His breakthrough role came as Cameron Marsh in the Disney film Evermoor (2014)for which he reprized the role for two seasons in Disney's twenty part TV series Evermoor (2014). He is the brother of actresses Grace Cassidy and Raffey Cassidy(_Tomorrowland_(2015)_, The Killing of a Sacred Deer (2017)). In 2017 he appeared alongside Jack Lowden in the Morrissey biopic feature England Is Mine (2017) which premiered at the Edinburgh International Film Festival. in 2019 he completed filming Netflix's new World War Two drama The Liberator (2020).

Finnian's love for acting was sparked at the Australian Theatre for Young People, where he participated in the Drama Ensemble and Young Theatre Makers.
