April 26, 2011 Kaysia is a fun, energetic little girl with a passion to entertain. Since she could barely walk and talk, Kaysia captivated whatever audience she had in front of her. People often nicknamed her "Olivia", referring to her resemblance to Raven Symone's character on the "Cosby Show". Kaysia's natural desire to perform has provided her with some very amazing opportunities. In 2007, Kaysia was hand-picked from over hundreds of kids to attend the International Presentation of Performers Convention (IPOP) in Los Angeles, California. Kaysia showcased her talent at the convention and took home awards for Monologue, Commercial Print, and Child Actress of the Year! She also received numerous callbacks from agencies and managers wanting to represent her. Kaysia's first role came in a regional commercial for Zatarain's, and then a few months later she received the best news of her young life. She was cast as "Young Abigail" in the ABC Family movie "Revenge of the Bridesmaids", starring Raven Symone' and Joanna Garcia. She was finally getting a chance to play the younger version of the woman people have always compared her to! Currently, Kaysia can be seen on an upcoming episode of HBO's hit series, "TREME" and in a Louisiana Tourism commercial. Also, "Revenge of the Bridesmaids" is being released on DVD in late April of 2011. Kaysia is currently represented on both the national and local markets by Clear Talent Group (L.A.) and Clear Talent Group South (New Orleans).
