Rebecca Niamtu

Rebecca Niamtu discovered accidentally -that she loves acting. It's part of her divine process. Rebecca Niamtu (ERYT, CMT) is a Los Angeles-based Yoga teacher and founder of Yoga for the Planet RYS. Her school fosters self-discovery and personal awareness while her teachings of the 8-limb path center around Yoga as a nature-based practice. She has led training's and workshops around the world, from Europe to Bali to Costa Rica, cultivating the message that we can all nurture positive change in the world...from within. Rebecca is a licensed massage therapist whose expertise offers her students extensive knowledge of the physical body to provide them with a strong foundation of proper bio-mechanical alignment. Her teaching style has been described as authentic and educational with a light-hearted and humorous approach, which has helped build her international students. She knows on a soul level that her life is a spiritual teacher is her currency on this planet. It is her dharma. Her Intention is to help everyone get to know their highest self. And her absolute favorite path is over the top comedy.
