William John Kelly (Will Rowlands) was born in Hammersmith, London, on September 22nd 1980. He is the second eldest child of Melvyn Kelly and Jane Rowlands, who separated when he was 2 years old. Will, his siblings and his mother moved to Portsmouth, Hampshire where he spent his childhood, taking his mothers maiden name, Rowlands. He attended Court Lane School and Springfield School, playing for both of the schools Football Teams, winning League and Cup Championships in 4 consecutive years. During his time in Secondary School, Will enlisted into the Army Cadet Force (ACF) at the age of 13yrs. He excelled in the ACF reaching the Rank of A/Company Sergeant Major, 4 Star Master Cadet. He was also awarded the Gold Braid for Meritorious Service. He left the ACF at the age of 17yrs and rejoined as an Adult Instructor (now Army Reserves), holding the rank of Sergeant, until leaving at the age of 20 yrs. After his schooling years he attended The South Downs College. At the age of 21, Will became a Police Officer, a career he believed he could serve and help people. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Will Ryan began a career in music. He later became 'Willio' of the comedic singing group Willio & Phillio. The duo relocated to California where they got the opportunity to write and record wacky songs for Disneyland Records. Mr. Ryan also began providing voices for many of Disney's characters and after just a few years he'd become one of their top voice actors. Mr. Ryan's versatility and extraordinary talent continued to make him an invaluable voice actor as well as a gifted musician, composer, and writer.
